I really find mnemonics like "to find ocular melanoma doing imaging" really unintuitive (for me, at least)

So with some thinking, and some assistance from language models (though they're mostly unhelpful), I came up with something that jives with me more.

Think of it like you're receiving a quest in a game

"Use melanoma fluid to (2) see 50 (20/50) oranges
Find five wide hollow ones to ultrasound."

Ocular Melanoma signs

  • 20/50 visual acuity
  • Orange color
  • 5mm wide
